No subscription refund is available after delivery for any subscription services.
Should you opt to terminate your membership and return the goods, you are required to follow our cancellation procedure, accessible on our cancellation page.
You will only be charged a bike collection fee depending on your location. These fees cover expenses incurred for the return delivery service.
Annual contracts cannot be cancelled before the end of the contract period.
