Go to My Account, then My Bikes, select your bike and request an exchange. We coordinate collection and delivery, and your subscription updates automatically.
What types of bikes do you offer?
Balance Bikes (0-4 yrs), First Pedal Bikes (3-6 yrs), Hybrid Bikes (5-14 yrs), and Road Bikes (8-14 yrs). All are premium, lightweight brands selected for quality and safety.
What size bike does my child need?
Stand your child against a wall with shoes on, place a book between their legs, and measure from the book to the floor. If the delivered bike does not fit, we swap it for free.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly contract subscriptions are flexible with no long-term lock-in. Cancel any time from your account and we will arrange a convenient bike collection.
What if the bike gets damaged?
Normal wear and tear is expected - kids will be kids! For anything beyond that, contact our team and we will find the best solution for you.
How long does delivery take?
We confirm your delivery slot after sign-up. You choose a convenient time and we aim to deliver within a few business days.
