New Bike Order
Log in to your account and place a new bike order, just like a normal subscription.
Go to My Bikes in Your
Manage Account
Select the old bike you want to exchange, then choose your new target bike and color.
Submit Your Request
We'll cancel your old bike and arrange pickup & delivery for the full exchange.
Making the switch is hassle-free and convenient.
